Challenge

Mondopoint, an early-stage healthcare startup with multimillion-dollar seed funding, needed a strategic go-to-market (GTM) plan to launch their flagship product—a SaaS platform that measures the clinical performance of medical devices and provides real-time insights to improve patient outcomes.

My Role

Strategic Marketing Consultant (7-Year Engagement) I collaborated directly with the CEO and CIO to research, design, and execute a multi-phase GTM strategy, providing full-service support from planning to implementation.
